COMMON SENSE: Conservatives have a problem, and it’s a serious one. Instead of acting like we are the victors, we are constantly looking over our collective shoulders, wondering how the Progressive Leftwing Media and the corrupt Democrats are going to snatch our success away from us. Since we are used to losing, we are behaving like losers instead of like winners.

The Left doesn’t have the same problem, quite the contrary. Because they have won for so long, they assume they are going to win. It’s their right to win, and the only right we have is to complain about it.

For us to fulfill the agenda we fought so hard to create, we must start acting like winners and not like losers. To begin with, we need to stop whining about the media’s criticism. Let them lambast us all they want. We have the power, and our mandate is growing, not shrinking. Even with the dead weight of RINOs in Congress, deregulation is producing massive growth that will benefit all Americans, including Millennials.

As Obama’s disastrous legacy is being dismantled one piece at a time, we should be celebrating, while pushing steadily forward, rather than wondering how the Left is going to take it from us. Forget about them. Let them chafe. Bitterness is their drink, but it is not ours. Be strong and immovable. If you will do this, we will be able to solidify our gains.

WATTS UP! The entire program, which broadcasts at 5:30-6:15 EDT tomorrow, will be devoted to the scandal involving Debbie Wasserman Schultz, the corrupt DNC, Imran Awan’s espionage for the Muslim Brotherhood, and the murder of Seth Rich—none of which interest the mainstream media. By the way, Imran, circled in red, was with Seth Rich the day he was murdered. Be certain to tune in.

COMMON SENSE: There is a reason why the continuous hammering of the mainstream is not working, and it’s very simple. Trump won the election, fair and square, and it grates against our American sense of fairness for his victory to be challenged. We see what they are doing, including many of his detractors, and we think it is dishonorable. I watch all of the pundits give their analysis, and none of them mention this simple fact. Instead, the great Progressive political thinkers hedge, hem and haw, and spew out excuses that are nothing more than drivel.

Let me explain the fairness issue this way. I hate the Florida Gators. It’s very difficult to lose to them, which the Bulldogs do much too often. But when we lose, we accept that we lost and deal with it. We don’t try and investigate the officials or do anything other than try our best to do better the next time.

That the media, the Radical Left, and the Democratic Party will not accept that they lost the election is wrong. It’s being a poor sport, and being a good sport is a critical part of the American way of life that we hold dear. The Progressives tell us that Trump is unpopular, but he comes out on top with the American people all the time. Why? It’s because we view him as being honorable, which his unfair opponents are not. It’s as simple as that.

COMMON SENSE: The Comey adventure has more twists than a season of “Fargo.”Having written extensively about the mishandling of the Clinton investigation in Creating Trump Nation, it is apparent to me that former Attorney General Loretta Lynch used the power of her office to ensure Hillary Clinton was not indicted, as she should have been.

Since Lynch was promised that she would remain her position as Attorney General with a Clinton victory, Lynch’s actions were corrupt. This means Loretta Lynch is guilty of Obstruction of Justice—the exact crime the Democrats are trying to falsely charge President Trump with committing.

How ironic that the Democrat’s strategy of connivance has come back to haunt them, and that Comey—America’s Quisling—will inadvertently have orchestrated a major corruption investigation into the bowels of the Deep State. While trying to hurt Trump, Comey has actually expose Lynch, Hillary, and a slew of others to a criminal investigation.

Maybe Trump’s campaign slogan, “Lock her up,” will finally come to fruition. Let’s hope so. What’s that they say about Karma?

th-4COMMN SENSE: Having taught government in high school and at Emory University, one of the things I like about the Comey/Trump conflict is how we are all learning a thing or two about Constitutional Law. The Left is accusing President Trump of Obstruction of Justice, but Harvard law Professor Alan Dershowitz says that simply is not true.

On CNN, Dershowitz, who is no Conservative said: “Trump could have told Comey, ‘You are commanded, you are directed, to drop the prosecution against Flynn.’ . . . He could’ve said to Comey, ‘Stop this investigation, I am now pardoning Flynn. That’s what President Bush did.” Dershowitz then cited the case of Caspar Weinberger, who was pardoned by George H.W. Bush before he could be tried in connection to the Iran-Contra scandal.

I understand that emotions are running high about this, but we must remember the Rule of Law is what will determine the outcome, not who can shout the loudest.

th-1COMMON SENSE: Here are 10 things we have learned from former FBI Director James Comey’s testimony:

1. President Trump was never under investigation about Russia.

2. President Trump did not obstruct justice, despite his disgruntled former employees desire for this to be true.

3. President Trump did not collude with Russia.

4. Although they tried, Russia did not alter the election’s outcome.

5. President Trump wanted all “satellite” staffers, who were behaving illegally, to be caught, exposed, and prosecuted.

5. Comey, the former Director of the FBI, admitted to leaking at least one memo illegally.

6. Loretta Lynch pressured Comey to cover for Hillary Clinton, which is Obstruction of Justice.

7. Despite overwhelming evidence to indict Hillary, Comey chose not to pursue this. Why not?

8. Because they hate the President, CNN and other news outlets have been falsifying their coverage of this story the entire time.

9. No reasonable person can still believe President Trump has done anything criminal or worthy of impeachment.

10. The Russia narrative is now dead, although it will be pushed by the Progressives for quite a while longer.

It’s time to get back to work. It’s time to Make America Great Again.

COMMON SENSE: Why would National Security Advisor Susan Rice collect intelligence data on the Trump Campaign and Trump transition effort? What would be her motivation? This is the question people cannot figure out. I have an answer, but you have to connect the dots to understand it.

First, Rice didn’t act independently. It’s not in her nature to do so. Although her efforts have been misguided, she is definitely a team player, and Obama is the team leader.

Barack Obama does not want to Make America Great Again—at least not according to Trump’s definition of what makes America great. Obama was highly successful at taking America down a notch or two, which was his purpose. So, everything Trump is doing—the dismantling of Obama’s vision—is counterproductive to Obama, Rice, the Democrat Obstructionists, and the mainstream media. Each successful stride Trump makes moves America further away from what America should be, according to the Progressive worldview.

So, finding out everything that could be known about Trump, in order to destroy his Presidency, became Rice’s true job. To accomplish this, she weaponized our national intelligence to discredit Trump and make every moves he made seem shady. What Rice did with Intelligence is exactly what Lois Lerner did with the IRS to thwart Obama’s opponents.

In the weeks and months to come, Americans are going to be shocked by the magnitude of spying by the Obama administration on his opponents. It’s inevitable, but here’s something else that’s interesting. Despite all of the unethical surveillance, they have never been able to come up with one concrete thing on Trump. If there was something there, Rice, Obama, and their shadow team would have used it by now.

COMMON SENSE: According to Adam Housely of Fox News, the person behind the unmasking of Trump campaign personnel was Obama’s National Security Advisor, Susan Rice. This unmasking went on for more than a year, with all results being sent to DNI James Clapper, CIA Director John Brennan, and Obama Senior Advisor Ben Rhodes, perhaps more than this.
Rice, who lied to us about Bnghazi, saying it was caused by the You Tube Video, is also famous for telling us that Bowe Bergdahl served “with honor and distinction.” Now, we have learned she is the one who authorized the weaponizing of our intelligence agencies and used them against Donald Trump and his campaign. Her actions were illegal, and they weren’t random or inadvertent. She authorized an systematic use of electronic surveillance to keep tabs on Trump and his team.
Criminal charges need to be brought against her, as well as Clapper, Brennan, Rhodes, and others. Such injustice cannot be allowed to go unpunished. I urge Attorney General Sessions to impanel a grand jury and seek indictments. Let Susan Rice and the others serve time for this.

neil-gorsuch-donald-trump-supreme-court-nominee-09COMMON SENSE: Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer has stated he will not vote for Judge Gorsuch’s confirmation to the Supreme Court. Instead, Schumer has threatened to filibuster the nomination, even though Gorsuch is definitely qualified to serve.

Perhaps this is just payback for Obama’s appointee, Merritt Garland, never having been given an up-or-down vote. Nevertheless, Schumer’s actions are a clear indication that the Senate Democrats intend to obstruct everything President Trump intends to do.

So be it. We will just have to move forward without any Democrats supporting Gorsuch. Majority Leader Mitch McConnell needs to act accordingly. Change the rules so that Gorsuch only needs 51 votes, not a super majority of 60. By nominating Gorsuch, Trump has kept his promise to the American people to appoint a Conservative, and we need to make sure Gorsuch is confirmed. According to Obama, “Elections have consequences.” Obama was right.

COMMON SENSE: The first person on this list of those refusing to attend Trump’s Inauguration is my Congressman, John Lewis. He said this was the first time he would be skipping an Inauguration, but that’s a lie. He didn’t think George W. Bush’s election was legitimate either, so he skipped it. That he said he forgot about this isn’t credible. It’s a lie, plain and simple.

This isn’t the first lie he has been caught telling either. Remember when he walked with Pelosi to deliver the ObamaCare Bill for signing? He said he was spat upon and called a “nigger” by people in the crowd, but that was also a lie. Breitbart pieced together all of the footage, and verified that it didn’t happen.
So, my Congressman, who is a “Civil Rights Icon,” is also deeply deceitful. By boycotting this Inauguration, he is accomplishing nothing other than ensuring that his influence will be further marginalized. Lewis is making this all about him and not about the people he serves—his constituency. It’s time we had a new Congressman in Georgia’s fifth district.
