MY MEDITATION:
How blessed is the man who does not walk
In the counsel of the wicked,
Nor stand in the path of sinners,
Nor sit in the seat of scoffers!

But his delight is in the law of the Lord,
And in His law he meditates day and night.

He will be like a tree firmly planted by streams of water,
Which yields its fruit in its season
And its leaf does not wither;
And in whatever he does, he prospers
(Psalm 1:1-3, NAS).

KAVANAUGH: Today is very momentous day in the life of our nation, as Judge Brett Kavanaugh faces the allegations of Dr. Christine Blazey Ford before the Senate Judiciary Committee. For people of faith, support for Donald Trump during the 2016 Presidential Election was solidified by his promise to select Conservative Justices for the Supreme Court.
Kavenaugh is such a man. Based on his judicial record, Kavanaugh is a judge we can support, but he has to be straightforward and credible in his effort to clear his name. Let us pray that this will happen. Let us also pray that the truth comes out, regardless of what that might be.
Let the light expose the deeds of darkness perpetrated by those who have been devious. Let their mischief be revealed so that the entire nation knows exactly who they are.

As I have watched the drama unfold concerning the Judge Brett Kavanaugh’s confirmation, like nearly everybody, I have had numerous emotional reactions to some of the bizarre events, but I don’t think any of these unusual things are accidental. Instead, I believe each has been carefully orchestrated to evoke visceral, emotional responses, rather than any thoughtful consideration of the Judge’s nomination.

There’s a reason why all of this has happened. If Kavanaugh is judged, based exclusively on his qualifications to be a Supreme, buttressed by citizens who have paid attention to the process, the Judge would be confirmed easily—no question about it. He is a brilliant jurist.

But Kavanaugh’s confirmation is not what the Democrats want. They want the exact opposite, and they are determined to get their way, no matter what. Because of this, we find ourselves in a deep emotional quagmire, where emotional irrationality is now championing over thoughtful deliberation. Not being able to destroy Kavanaugh on merit in his hearings, a different strategy needed to be enacted.

This new strategy is the Democrats “insurance policy” to make certain Kavanaugh is not confirmed. To implement it, two women have come forward; after the hearings were complete, to levy sexual misconduct complaints against Judge Kavanaugh. Both allegations are more than three decades old.

That neither of these allegations can be substantiated is irrelevant. What is relevant is Kavanaugh may not be confirmed, even though his accusers have no factual evidence to support their “recovered memories.” It’s guilt by intimidation, innuendo, and wishful thinking, coupled with pure malice.

Because Kavanaugh’s defenders—the Republicans—were playing by the rules, they never envisioned anything like this happening. How could they? Nevertheless, after falling all over themselves to accommodate both female accusers for days, with Ramirez deciding she would not testify under oath, the Senate Republicans have finally started to hold their ground, but the damage may have already been done. Kavanaugh may not be confirmed, but even if he is, he has lost his good name and reputation forever.

The Democrats don’t care that they have hurt Kavanaugh or his family by being devious. They bear false witness routinely. Nevertheless, we need to learn some lessons from what the Democrats have done. First, when they don’t get their way, Democrats don’t play fair. They haven’t for a long time. They are terrible losers. Second, they don’t care about following the rules. All they care about is winning and never losing.

Three, and by far the most important, this means those of us who oppose the Democrat’s Progressive agenda need to make some fundamental changes. We need to recognize that winning elections does not mean we have the right to lead, with the Democrats being the loyal opposition. They are not loyal. Instead, they are constantly scheming to manipulate the electorate emotionally to further their agenda. This is the best we can expect with them. We need to recognize this and plan accordingly. The bottom line is we must never be caught flatfooted like this again—period!

COMMON SENSE: For a year-and-a-half, I have been writing about the Deep State’s obsession with removing President Trump from office. I have posted about it at least 100 times, including how the FBI’s leadership has conspired with the Deapartment of Justice to use the fraudulent Steele Dossier to spy on the Trump campaign and the Trump Presidency illegally.

Many people believed what I, along with others, have had to write, but an equal number or more have considered my hypothesis to be the rantings of a rightwing extremist. Some have considered me to be worse than that, but now nobody is laughing.

Anybody who pays the least bit of attention knows there is a Deep State conspiracy, but it’s not because of anything I have written about it. It’s because one of their own, probably Andy McCabe, who has provided hard evidence that there has been an ongoing attempted soft coupe. It is real and not the figment of my imagination.

McCabe, or one of his loyalists, has done this by leaking classified information to the New York Times that has become headline news across America. In a meeting of top FBI and DOJ officials, shortly before the Mueller investigation began, newly-appointed Deputy Director of the DOJ, Rod Rosenstein, was being intimidated by acting FBI Director McCabe to try and have the 25th Amendment used to force Trump out of office in the spring of 2017.

Perhaps in an attempt to push back, Rosenstein yelled something like this. “What do you want me to do, wear a f**king wire?” This leak from the meeting, which verifies that there was a secret gathering between the FBI and the DOJ to try and use the 25th Amendment to have Trump removed from office, verifies that there has been an ongoing effort to invalidate the 2016 Presidential Election by removing President Trump from office.

What will come from this though? Rosenstein will have to leave, but that’s not what is important. What is important is the Deep State operatives have overplayed their hand by admitting there has been a movement by bureaucrats to destroy Trump’s Presidency.

This attempt is now out in the open for all to see, even the most obtuse Progressive. It’s real, and I have been right about this all along. Now, I can prove it.

COMMON SENSE: I am delighted that Debbie Ramirez has come forward with her allegations against Judge Kavanaugh, adding to the one from Christine Blazey Ford. You read this correctly. I am delighted.

Instead of bothering me, or increasing any misgiving I might have about Kavanaugh, Ramirez’s claim, which mirrors Ford’s about a “recovered memory,” actually settles any lingering questions I might have had. With the promise that more is to come from Creepy-Porn-Lawyer Michael Avenatti, I am 100% certain this is a slanderous attack against a fine man and his equally fine family.

The Progressive Left, headed by Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-CA), has been plotting and scheming to bear false witness against Judge Kavanaugh for months. Striking the moment the Senate hearings were complete, Feinstein has inflicted Ford’s unsubstantiated poisonous charge for one purpose—to keep Kavanaugh from being confirmed by the Senate. That this entire cabal has had a devious intent all along has been corroborated by Ramirez’s vague charge.

Essentially, both women have said the same thing about Kavanaugh, but nobody alleged to be present has confirmed either woman’s story. Instead, they have repudiated both women’s allegations. Because all women are to be believed and ascribed with noble intentions, however, even Feinstein’s underhanded-ness, we are supposed to swallow this nonsense as verifiable truth, which it isn’t.

It’s a hit job, pure and simple. Worse, it’s bearing false witness against Kavanaugh, with the intent of destroying his nomination and his life. Worst of all, these sleazy Democrats want the American people to put them in charge of Congress, but we are not going to allow that to happen. No way!

This is what we want: We want the Judiciary Committee to hear Ford’s testimony and vigorously cross examine her. Then, after Kavanaugh defends himself, vote on his nomination. If this Democratic trick prevails and the Kavanaugh nomination is voted down, there will be Hell to pay in November—count on it.

COMMON SENSE: I have a question: Where does a man go to retrieve his reputation, once it has been taken away from him? Just watching the way Judge Kavanaugh’s character, which has been stellar his entire life, has been systematically eviscerated has been astounding. Witnessing this makes it clear why the admonition against bearing false witness is one of the 10 Commandments.

“You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor (Exodus 20:16, NAS).

If Christine Blazey Ford’s charge is true and not bearing false witness, which is my contention, then many things should have been done differently, including:

1) Christine Blazey Ford should make her charge openly and under oath, subject to the laws of perjury. That she has been unwilling to actually do so speaks volumes.

2) If this isn’t a carefully orchestrated setup, then why has Ford’s social media presence been completely scrubbed? That would require quite an effort. What does she have to hide? What doesn’t she want us to know about her past life, especially her high school and college years?

3) If Ford never intended to come forward, as she contends, then why did she hire a lawyer and take a polygraph test in August—a month before Kavenaugh’s hearings were scheduled to take place? What would have been the need?

4) As important as a nomination to the Supreme Court is, why would Senator Feinstein (D-CA) not confront Judge Kavanaugh directly about this, when he was being questioned by the Senate Judiciary Committee for thirty hours? He was under oath; why not ask him directly? Surprising him with it might have created a Perry mason moment—that is, if Feinstein really thought Ford’s letter had merit, which she has openly questioned.

5) If this is on the up-and-up and not an ambush, then why does Feinstein continue to refuse Chairman Grassley’s request to see the un-redacted Ford letter? Grassley (R-IO) has asked repeatedly. Why won’t Feinstein release it? This seems strange.

6) Why did Feinstein keep the letter secret for 45 days and only revealing it after the confirmation hearings were concluded? By any standard, this is unusual behavior for a seasoned Senator.

All of these questions are bothersome. How is any of this fair to Judge Kavanaugh or his family? It isn’t, of course, but in the #MeToo era, a man’s life can be destroyed by the unproven, unsubstantiated accusation of one woman. She is to be believed; he is not to be believed. It’s as simple as that and, being an old white man, who am I to even question any of this? For me to have the audacity to raise these questions is out of place to the Left, but I do ask them. I am also calling this entire fiasco exactly what it really is—Sin!

COMMON SENSE: Christine Blazey Ford, whose brother has worked as council for Fusion GPS, refuses to testify about her uncorroborated allegation of sexual misconduct by Judge Brett Kavanaugh until an FBI investigation into the incident has been completed, but that will never happen. Here’s why:

1. Ford’s charge is not a federal crime. It’s a state crime in Maryland, but since it is 36 years old, the statute of limitations has passed. This means the state of Maryland cannot investigate it, even if they wanted to, which they probably don’t.
2. The FBI has already completed six background checks on Kavanaugh, and he passed all of them. Knowing more about Kavanaugh than his wife does, the Bureau has not taken Ford’s letter seriously. This speaks volumes about the matter, doesn’t it?
3. Ford’s lawyer knows there will be no FBI investigation. Then, why would her lawyer, Katz, allow her to make such a demand? It’s because “the truth” isn’t the end goal. Derailing Kavanaugh is. Another FBI background investigation would take the nomination past the midterm elections, which is the purpose of this dirty trick by the Democrats. They hope to flip the Senate, and if they do, no Trump appointee will be confirmed—not for the final two years of his administration.
4. Nothing about this is on the up-and-up. But how can the Democrats be so unethical? They justify what they are doing as payback for Judge Merritt Garland never receiving an up-and-down vote in the Senate, when Obama nominated him in early 2016. They are still hopping mad about this, and Kavenaugh is paying the price for Senator McConnell sitting on the nomination.
5. Ford is a militant anti-Trump activist who has hurled a charge at Kavanaugh that cannot be substantiated; nor can it stand the scrutiny of cross examination. Ford’s lawyer knows this. The Democrats behind this, especially Feinstein, also know this is true. Feinstein actually admitted she wasn’t even sure the allegations by Ford are true.
6. This means it is much safer for Ford to blast Kavanaugh from afar, rather than have to answer tough questions certain to come her way from Republican senators, several of whom have been federal prosecutors.
7. Most importantly, Ford’s attorney has probably warned her against testifying under oath, which would definitely put her in legal jeopardy, if she is fabricating anything.
These are the reasons why this troubled, mean-spirited woman refuses to testify. She’s not stable enough to do so. This is the truth that nobody is willing to acknowledge. Do I feel sorry for her? No, I don’t—not when her malice toward a good man has unfairly stained him forever.

COMMON SENSE: With the Christine Blazey Ford accusation against Judge Kavanaugh, there are two relevant issues. One, is the woman herself. Who is she? How credible is she? And, how emotionally and psychologically stable is she?

Second, and far more troubling, is the role of Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) and her staff. Can there be any explanation for the way she handled this situation, other than it being a deliberate, calculated hit-job, aimed at keeping Judge Kavenaugh off of the Supreme Court, regardless of what would be required to do so? I don’t believe there is.

Feinstein actions reveal her to be a deeply devious woman—as nefarious as she can possibly be. But, what would Feinstein need to do to pull off a stunt like this? How would you go about destroying a good man with a false accusation, or a false memory?

First, you would keep your plan to yourself and not even share it with other Democrats on the Judiciary Committee. Since at least two of them, Corey Booker and Kamala Harris, are running for President in 2020, you couldn’t trust them to keep quiet about your plan. So, like a coiled serpent, you would wait until the hearings were complete. Then, you would strike, while carefully camouflaging your motives.

Second, meticulous planning with Christine Blazey Ford would be necessary for your evil plan to work. She would need to pass a polygraph test, but you would have to make sure there was no scrutiny of the questions could be asked. Then, you would have to hire a lawyer for Christine, but only a trusted Democrat, known for being sleazy, would work. Both of these things would need to be in place well before the Kavanaugh hearings, and they were. Both were accomplished in August.

Third, to make Ford’s story credible, her hatred for President Trump would need to be expunged from the public record. To do this, Christine Blazey Ford’s social media presence would need to deleted, and it has been—at least as far as Feinstein’s team has been able to do so.

Fourth, a big show of Ford’s reluctance to come forward would need to be made. It would provide cover for the woman and also for Feinstein, who has positioned herself as being noble and honorable about all of this, when in reality, she has been the exact opposite.

Fifth, all of this would have to be done with lightning speed—the hallmark of a snake attack. The victim, Judge Kavanaugh, would need to be bitten before he knows what had happened to him. Then, and only then, could the poison do its deadly work.

What Feinstein cannot control, however, is the response of people like us on the Internet, along with what we are able to discover about Christine Blazey Ford on our own. Despite her social media presence being deleted, we have already learned a lot about this troubled woman. In just one day, we know Ford is a radical leftist who hates Trump. We also know her family has ties with Fusion GPS, the outfit responsible for the discredited Steele Dossier. We also know that Ford was not Snow White in high school and college—far from it.

Then, what do we still need to know? We need to know what medications she is on. We also need to know what her peers have to say about her credibility—from high school to today. What about all of her ex-lovers? What do they have to say about her.

Like you, I want some real investigative reporting, even if I have to do it myself. Because Ford and Feinstein are attempting to destroy a good man through false witness, neither is worthy of being treated with respect.

Who Is Christine Blazey Ford?

COMMON SENSE: Now that Christine Blazey Ford has come forward, some interesting things about her are beginning to surface. Knowing this would happen, perhaps it’s the real reason why Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) kept these allegations secret since July. Here is what we now know that we didn’t just a few hours ago:

1) The brother of Christine Blazey Ford worked for Fusion GPS. Wow, what a coincidence.
2) Martha G. Kavanaugh, the mother of Brett Kavanaugh, was a Maryland district judge in 1996. She was the judge in a foreclosure case in which Christine Blasey Ford’s parents were the defendants. Martha Kavanaugh ruled against the parents of Christine Blasey Ford in the foreclosure case. Could there be residual resentment?

3) Ford’s lawyer is a big Democrat donor who was involved in the Clinton / Paula Jones case.

4) Christine Blazey Ford is a far left professor and an open-borders activist who has signed anti-Trump immigration letters.

5) She also deleted her social media accounts just before coming forward. I don’t blame her for that, but what would her posts reveal?

6) An “online professor rating site” has numerous reviews by from her students. Some say that they think she’s crazy, and they were actually scared by her behavior.

There will be much more to come—trust me on that.

COMMON SENSE: I do not believe anything about the alleged assault of Christine Blasey Ford by Brett Kavanaugh is on the up-and-up. The entire thing has been choreographed and orchestrated to do what the Democrats couldn’t do honestly—derail the nomination of Judge Kavanaugh.

Now, this is the most important story in America, and Senator Dianne Feinstein’s devious tactic stands a good chance of succeeding.

To begin with, I do not believe this woman has been reluctant to come forward—bologna. She has been anxiously waiting in the wings to step forward to destroy Kavanaugh. Am I surprised she is a Democratic operative who donated to Bernie? No, I am not. Am I surprised she is a Liberal professor? Not in the least. Am I surprised she would wear a “Pu**y Hat” to protest Trump? Hardly. This is a political hit job—pure and simple.

Sitting on the accuser’s letter until the hearings were concluded was a calculated tactic by Feinstein. But why? I suspect it’s because Feinstein knows the woman’s charge cannot withstand careful scrutiny or cross-examination. The only thing that would work would be a sneak attack, and that is what has happened.

Now, Kavanaugh’s confirmation is in serious doubt, even though the allegation is probably meritless. The other boy accused of being present says that it didn’t happen, and I doubt there is a shred of corroborating evidence that it did. Of course, with the media’s feeding frenzy, evidence becomes irrelevant, doesn’t it?

If Ford was “traumatized,” as she said she was, what counselor did she see? Are there records of her visits, or has the counselor conveniently died? Did she tell her girlfriends at the time? What about school officials?

A generation earlier, Anita Hill came forward with a similar charge against Judge Clarence Thomas, and there are still people who believe her accusations. Concerning Kavanaugh, even if Ford’s account is accurate, which I doubt, what did he do? He rubbed up against her, fully clothed, which happens in high school all the time.

This is completely unfair. We must continue to stand with Judge Kavanaugh—period!
