The Intolerance of Progressivism

COMMON SENSE: To a Progressive, not standing for the National Anthem is no big deal, considering that American values are what is wrong with the world. To them, American Exceptionalism is a myth, and the power and wealth our nation has accrued is because we have stolen it from people of color. Our kids and grandkids are being taught that they should be ashamed for being white. Even worse, our young people believe it is true.

 

We have lost an entire generation to a form of militant Progressivism that rigidly enforces Totalitarianism of Thought. Any deviation from it is dealt with harshly. Progressivism is a complete repudiation of our Judeo-Christian heritage, and it is so complete that the symbols of our history must be destroyed—symbols like our monuments, our National Anthem and our reverence for the American flag.

 

This cultural war is far from being resolved. In fact, it has just begun. To not take it seriously is about as wise as believing Islam is truly a Religion of Peace. Our very existence is at stake.

NFL Shows Left Learned Nothing from 2016 Election

COMMON SENSE: What is happening in the NFL is a perfect example of how badly the Left has misinterpreted what happened in the 2016 election, and what will happen in 2018 and 2020. The Progressive Left believes that Trump’s victory was a fluke and that it will never happen again. They are convinced this is true, but they are wrong—dead wrong.

 

After eight years of being led by a weak, spineless and corrupt person, a man who held our nation in contempt and apologized for the “Land of the Free” throughout his administration, we the American people became fed up with Progressives and chose a strong man, a person who loves the “Home of the Brave” and champions us everywhere he goes. That we did so is not a fluke.

 

Here’s what the Left needs to know. We will never allow ourselves to be browbeaten by you again. We will never allow our flag, our anthem, or our American way of life to be disrespected by you again—not without a fight. We have had it with you and with your political correctness.

 

So, the poor, oppressed multi-millionaire fools in the NFL can disrespect our flag and our anthem, but they are going to pay a dear price for doing so. Of that, I can assure you.

 

We are taking our nation back, and we will never again surrender it to those who hate America. You can count on this. It’s the lesson you should have learned in 2016, but you didn’t.

TRUMP’S Defense of National Anthem Is Deeply Significant

COMMON SENSE: Many believe it is beneath the dignity of the President of the United States to get involved in matters as trivial as kneeling during the National Anthem at NFL games or instances of disrespecting the American flag, but I am not one of them. I believe it is one of the most important roles President Trump has. It has profound significance, and he is doing magnificently at it.

 

The flag and our anthem are powerful symbols of what makes Americans American. They bind us together as a people. They are the superglue that distinguishes us from others. As such, they have transcendent importance that produces patriotism, national loyalty, and American Exceptionalism. Without these symbols, our national identity would cease to exist.

 

That we now have a President who recognizes this and defends it, rather than apologizes for it, is one of the most important things President Trump does, and he is loved for taking such a strong stand.

 

Progressives do not see things the same way. Because they are globalists, patriotism is mocked and scorned. They champion a New World Order and not American nationalism, but their days are numbered. I guarantee it. We are taking our nation back, and nothing is going to stop us from doing so.

WIRETAPPING: The Press Owes Trump an Apology

COMMON SENSE: According to CBS News, “Ex-Trump campaign chair Paul Manafort was wiretapped by FBI.”

 

The story goes on to say, “CBS News confirms the FBI was conducting secret surveillance on Paul Manafort over concerns about his contacts with Russian operatives during the presidential campaign and election.”

 

My question is this: Since the Progressive Media castigated President Trump ruthlessly and repeatedly for making a “false claim” against He-who-must-not-be-blamed, Barack Obama, wire-tapping him, will the media make an open and honest confession that it was wrong, followed by a sincere apology for defaming President Trump?

 

We all know the answer to that one, don’t we? Of course, we do.

Because the press cannot be trusted to report the news straightforwardly, the American people have come to distrust them, and for good reasons. They are a slimy lot—arrogantly slimy. Unfortunately, that they are is not healthy for our republic. We need the press to ask hard questions, but it has to be without a self-serving agenda.

 

Right now, we don’t have that. We are miles away from it. It’s why Deplorables on Facebook like me are so important. We hold the press accountable, making us much more trustworthy.

It’s Time to “Drain the Swamp”

COMMON SENSE: “Drain the Swamp” is a great phrase, but to the American people it is more than that. It’s a campaign promise that must be fulfilled. That there are those who are not held accountable, and never have been held accountable, is unacceptable to God-fearing, patriotic Americans.

 

The Rule of Law is sacred in the USA, as well as the belief that nobody is above the law. Nevertheless, there are those who are seemingly too important to prosecute, which is something the American people will not tolerate.

 

Perhaps the best example of this is Hillary Clinton. Forget about the trail of corpses she has left strewn in her path to stardom. Let’s just concentrate on the crimes that are provable, like Obstruction of Justice, Destroying Evidence, Perjury, and rampant Political Corruption.

 

During the campaign, the chant was “Lock Her Up!” Yet she remains free, and there doesn’t seem to be any effort or stomach for holding her accountable. Why is That? Why has Attorney General Sessions not reopened her case? This doesn’t make sense to me. Does it make sense to you?

 

If you want to Make America Great Again, a necessary component to accomplish this is to expose the darkness to the light. There’s no other way to Drain the Swamp.

HILLARY—Once a Champion, Now a Pariah

COMMON SENSE: While touting her book, Hillary is consistently referring to President Trump as a “Clear and Present Danger,” which is a term brought into vogue by Chief Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes a century ago. It actually concerns 1st Amendment free speech, but the term is not haphazard. It’s intentional. It’s aimed not only at undermining President Trump’s credibility but also his legitimacy.

 

Does it bother me that she is doing this? No, it does not, because everything Hillary does at this point is counterproductive. As additional information about her foundation’s corruption and her pay-to-play operation at the State Department come to light, her credibility will continue to atrophy. Her destiny is to become a pariah to the Democratic Party, which is good for the nation.

9/11—Triumph from Tragedy

9/11 TELEVISION APPEARANCE: Today, I am in Pittsburgh on Cornerstone Television’s “Real Life” program honoring the victims of that horrific attack sixteen years ago, as we pray and fast for America’s safety.

 

As I was getting dressed this morning, it occurred to me that fifty years from now, if we continue as we have been heading, there will be fools by the millions who will militantly protest any remembrance of 9/11, saying that we deserved what happened because we are evil. Just thinking about this, and knowing it is true, was galling but sobering.

 

Seventy years ago, Americans were horrified by the atrocities of the Holocaust, but now there are multiplied millions who, in their ignorance, deny that it even occurred. There are also millions of Muslims who are offended that it is even mentioned in history books.

 

This is why it is so important for us to reclaim our nation from the godless Progressives—those who in their repudiation of American Exceptionalism champion open borders, globalism, anti-Americanism and darkness.

Comey Is as Devious as Hillary

COMMON SENSE: Because it was never a legitimate FBI investigation, like it was supposed to be, I think it is appropriate to call it a “matter,” precisely like former Attorney General Loretta Lynch insisted. That doesn’t mean it should not have been an investigation though. Based on Hillary’s pattern of criminal behavior, it certainly should have.

 

Now, we have learned that former FBI Director Comey not only penned his exoneration of Hillary before his fake investigation was complete, but we also know that he had access to her 30,000 deleted emails but never took possession of them. The NSA offered them, but Comey wouldn’t touch them, probably because he was ordered not to do so. They may have been quite embarrassing to President Obama.

 

This is an appalling mess that needs resolution. What is clear is this: Despite having a Republican Congress, Republican Department of justice, a new Director of the FBI, and a Republican President, we are no further down the road to discovering the truth about Hillary’s shenanigans than we were a year ago. This is unacceptable.

 

We, the American people, want answers; we deserve answers; and we and demand answers. When do we want these answers? We want them now!

We Are Close to Thermonuclear War

COMMON SENSE: If there was ever an issue worthy of prayer for America’s safety, it’s what is happening on the Korean peninsula. Not since the Cuban Missile Crisis in 1962, has the world been this unstable or this close to a thermonuclear holocaust, and it does no good to ascribe blame to previous administrations. It is what it is, and the outcome is definitely in doubt.

 

The Trump administration deserves high marks for the way it is handling the crisis with a three-pronged effort. They are addressing North Korea diplomatically, economically, and strategically, with a build up of defensive weapons in South Korea and an armada in the Sea of Japan.

 

As powerful as the United States is, this should be enough to intimidate the North Koreans to back down, but it isn’t. There is an additional variable that isn’t even being calculated, and it’s the independent variable.

 

North Korea’s leader, Kim Jong Un is a heavy user and abuser of pain medication. That, coupled with a massive dosage of steroids, means the NOKO dictator, who rules with an iron gip over his people, has his decision-making process impaired. Essentially, he’s a junkie with nuclear weapons.

 

Have you ever tried to reason with a junkie? I have, and doing so is a fool’s errand. It’s like trying to carry on an intelligent conversation with Jesse Pinkman’s two strung-out friends. It cannot be done. Kim Jong Un is delusional. In his mind, he has the power to defeat the United States. He really believes this, which is so bizarre and illogical that the Trump administration probably hasn’t included this into their calculations, and they definitely should. It’s the determining factor.

 

In my opinion, the only way we can avoid catastrophe is for the North Korean regime to collapse and Kim Jong Un to be removed from power and replaced.

Trump Checks Putin’s Expansionism in Europe

COMMON SENSE: While the media obsesses with trivialities like Melania’s shoes, the geo-political balance of power has shifted dramatically in Europe in our favor, and nobody has even mentioned it. By deregulating the oil industry, President Trump has made it possible for USA companies to obtain our vast quantities of natural gas.

Once the gas is liquified, which is now possible, it can be put on oil tankers and sent for Europe. Once there, it can be de-liquified and used to heat all of Europe. This means Russia, whose only leverage over Europe has been with natural gas, now has a major competitor—the USA.

This strategic check on Russian influence changes the power structure in Europe, de facto ending Putin’s goal of dominating the continent. It also ensures that our economy, which has been sluggish for eight years, will grow, and there will be jobs galore. Y’all, this is important—it’s huge. The shoes Melania wears is inconsequential.
