COMMON SENSE: One of the Democrats’ most persistent charges is that President Trump’s policies have put our national security at risk. This charge is absolute nonsense. It just isn’t true; it’s quite the opposite.

Patrick Philbin, from the President’s defense team, said, “Multiple witnesses who were called in the House, by the House Democrats, testified that the United States policy towards Ukraine got stronger under the Trump Administration in part largely because of that lethal aid.” President Obama, despite repeated requests from Ukraine, refused to send the weapons they needed to stave off a Russian invasion of Crimea.

Even Ambassador Yovanovitch, Ambassador Volker and others testified that the aid was greater for Ukraine than what was provided by the Obama administration. Philbin said that particularly the “provision of Javelin and antitank missiles which . . . would kill Russian tanks and change the calculus for aggression for the Russians in the Donbass region in eastern portion of Ukraine” made all the difference in the world. Trump delivered; Obama didn’t.

COMMON SENSE: It’s almost over. Thank the Lord for that. It looks like we will be spared weeks or maybe even months of additional Impeachment proceedings. The reason for this has come from an unexpected source. Senator Lamar Alexander (R-TN), long believed to be siding with the Democrats to prolong the two contrived and poorly prepared Articles of Impeachment, has decided enough is enough.

In a profoundly wise statement, Alexander has concluded, “If this shallow, hurried and wholly partisan impeachment were to succeed, it would rip the country apart, pouring gasoline on the fire of cultural divisions that already exist.” Alexander added, “It would create the weapon of perpetual impeachment to be used against future presidents whenever the House of Representatives is of a different political party.”

Reminiscent of how Senator Susan Collins (I-ME) ended the fiasco surrounding the confirmation hearing of Judge Brett Kavanaugh by eloquently validating Trump’s appointee to the Supreme Court, Alexander has done the same thing, and it was just as unexpected. Because Alexander has taken this position, it is doubtful that Senator Schumer and the Democrats can muster the votes to drag the Impeachment trial on for months, which they would dearly like to do.

Despite the weak-will of Senator Murkowski and the ill-will of Senator Romney, this entire regrettable and unwarranted episode in American history is about to come to an end. Hopefully, it will be voted down today and President Trump will be vindicated. If so, we can all enjoy the Super Bowl in peace.

Admittedly, there are things that the Progressive Democrats in the House of Representatives do very well. Among them, they excel at creating division, finding fault with others, and manipulating scenarios to produce outcomes beneficial to themselves. Let’s focus on the last one—how they have manipulated discovery to produce their goal of calling new witnesses in the Impeachment trial of President Donald J. Trump.

It has long been suspected that one of Speaker Pelosi’s goals has been to use Impeachment to not only “get Trump” but also to flip the Senate so that it will be led by Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) after the 2020 election.

Manipulating the attainment of testimony is how Pelosi and Adam Schiff (D-CA)  have decided to help Schumer and the Democrats gain control. Here is what they have done to accomplish their goal.

In October 2019, Schiff subpoenaed Charles Kupperman to testify before the House Intelligence Committee. At the time of the Zelensky telephone call, Kupperman served as the Deputy National Security Advisor to John Bolton. When Kupperman received the subpoena, the White House immediately claimed Executive Privilege. Because of this, Kupperman found himself in a no-win situation. Not knowing what to do, whether to testify or not to testify, he filed with the U.S District Court for the District of Columbia. Kupperman wanted Judge Richard Leon to provide him with an answer.

Now, this is where it really gets interesting. By piecing things together, we can ascertain the true motives of both Schiff and Pelosi.

Once Kupperman filed, Judge Leon granted the request to “fast-track” the disputed case. A hearing was set for December 10th. Once this happened, however, Rep. Schiff immediately withdrew the subpoena. Then, he asked that Judge Leon drop the entire matter, which the judge did. Then Schiff, under the supervision of Pelosi, refused to subpoena any further White House witnesses, including former NSA Director Bolton.

Both Schiff and Pelosi had a motive for doing this that had nothing to do with “getting Trump.”

They made the strategic decision to not address the witness issue until the Articles of Impeachment were delivered to the Senate and the trial was underway. By holding this back and then crying foul, their goal has been to make every Republican Senator look bad. It made the Senators vulnerable to a charge of obstruction by providing illegitimate cover for the President.

Schiff and Pelosi also wanted to pressure enough weak-willed Republicans to force witnesses to be called. By doing this, the Democrats’ goal has been to drag the process out for an extended period, knowing this would benefit them while hurting the Republicans. That it has ripped the country apart doesn’t even enter into their equation.

All of this has been for show. By not calling witnesses when they should have, the House Managers have doomed their case, but they don’t care. If they can damage Trump so much that he cannot win in November, while also flipping the Senate, they will have achieved a tremendous victory. What they haven’t counted on is people like us piecing together their little scheme, but we have. This is why we need to vote as many of them out of office as we can. They are unworthy to lead.

COMMON SENSE: I guess John Bolton, whose malice toward Trump knows no bounds, forgot that video clips last forever. This short video totally repudiates Bolton’s opportunistic accusations against the President. If he denies this is actually how he felt, then he is either lying now or he was lying back then. Either way, it takes the ground out from under him.
I hope his book is a monumental failure . . . like Hillary’s memoir was.

COMMON SENSE: On Fox & Friends, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu proclaimed, “President Trump is the best friend Israel has ever had.” Netanyahu mentioned some very specific reasons why Trump has been a better friend to Israel than any other U.S. President. Based on Trump’s leadership, Jerusalem has now been recognized as the capital of Israel. Other Presidents have promised this, but Trump has delivered.
He has done much more than this, however. He has also moved our U.S. Embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, and he has recognized Israel’s sovereignty over the Golan Heights. Now, while the Democrats are holding an Impeachment trial to try to end his Presidency, President Trump has proposed a workable solution to the Israeli Palestinian crisis. Not bad for a guy the Democrats want to throw out of office for nothing more than having a policy dispute over a telephone call.
When the President announced the Israel Peace Plan in the East Room of the White House, Trump received more than a dozen standing ovations. The long-anticipated announcement was welcomed this joyfully by everyone present, including Netanyahu and at least three Arab leaders. Key elements of the plan include:
• Jerusalem will remain the undivided capital of Israel. This was non-negotiable from Israel’s perspective.
• Second, the Palestinians must agree to recognize Israel as the Jewish state. This is something they have never agreed to do.
• Third, Hamas must agree to disarm, and the Palestinians must make a commitment to reject terrorism.
• Fourth, both sides must agree that the “refugee problem” would be settled outside of the borders of Israel and not inside.
• Fifth, Israel will make a commitment to suspend construction in disputed territories for four years. This would provide both sides with time to implement other aspects of the agreement.
• Finally, the President has pledged to invest $50 billion over the next ten years to provide economic opportunities for the Palestinian people. This is something they have never had and it could bring prosperity to the region.
In a statement directed to Mahmoud Abbas, the Palestinian leader, President Trump said, “If you choose the path of peace, America will be there to help you every step of the way.” Obviously, this is just the first step in a very long process, but so was building The Wall, renegotiating trade deals with China and others, enacting USMCA, rebuilding the military, and a host of other accomplishments achieved by President Trump in his first three years in office.

Here we go again. Reminiscent of Hillary Clinton calling people like us a “basket of Deplorables,” CNN host Don Lemon hosted a panel last week that referred to Trump supporters as “ignorant rubes.” This mocking disrespect, which was initiated by guest Rick Wilson, tickled Lemon so much that he couldn’t stop laughing. Lemon, as you may or may not know, never misses an opportunity to ridicule and belittle hard-working, patriotic Americans like us.

To them and to most people of the Left, we really have no value other than to generate wealth to fund their nonsensical Progressive agenda, but this time Lemon has gone too far. Although his show has poor ratings, the clip of him laughing at us has gone viral. On Tuesday night’s show, he explained his actions in an attempt to smooth the waters, but his non-apology apology is too little and too late. All it was, was a lame attempt to CYA.

The President’s campaign has already put out a campaign ad featuring Lemon’s uncontrollable laughter, but the CNN host is unlikely to have the last laugh. Nothing offends Americans more than the elite establishment, whether from the political realm or from the media, than being ridiculed. As a darling of the Democrats, we will be watching Lemon’s laugh throughout the 2020 campaign. By the time President Trump is reelected, because of the devastating effects of this fool’s folly, we will have effectively wiped the smirk off of his arrogant, contemptuous face.

Once before, on a show several years ago, Lemon said that if given the opportunity, he would refuse to shake President Trump’s hand. This insult gained Lemon great approval from Democrats nationwide, but it was a cheap shot to the rest of us.

COMMON SENSE: After President Trump’s defense rested their case, Senator Mitch McConnell, speaking for the Republican caucus, announced that he did not have the necessary votes to keep additional witnesses from being called to testify.
This means Trump’s Impeachment trial may go on for weeks or even months to come. That’s fine. We have no problem dealing with the truth. In fact, this may be the ideal time to confront both Hunter and Joe Biden directly concerning their pattern of corruption. No telling who else might be involved with them. We needed something to force the Swamp to be drained anyway. This just might do it, but we must not allow the Democrats run the show. It’s time for Republican Senators to get tough.
Nobody should be surprised by John Bolton’s actions either. Trump’s former National Security Advisor, who is bitterly disgruntled, was summarily dismissed by Trump. Bolton has been looking for a way to get even ever since. That this will help him sell books makes it even better for this truly dishonorable man.
That all of this came at the 11th hour of the Impeachment trial, precisely like the surprise testimony of Christine Blazez-Ford in the Kavanaugh confirmation hearings, is curious, isn’t it? That it was accompanied two days later by the unwavering support of Bolton by John Kelly, another disgruntled former aide to the President, is even more curious. The whole thing was just too well choreographed to be coincidental, don’t you think?
Instead, it was a planned hit-job. No matter!
The truth is on our side. The Democrats have not proved their case and we have. Ultimately, we will prevail, despite the obvious malice of the President’s opponents and his former friends. So, hang tight. This is just another obstruction in our way to Make America Great Again.

In the 2016 Presidential Election, 63 million citizens went to the polls to cast their ballots for Donald J. Trump. A large proportion of Trump’s support was based on two important factors. First of all, many of Trump’s voters recognized just how corrupt Hillary Clinton was and how destructive her Presidency would be for America. Consequently, millions chose Trump because they were convinced he wouldn’t be as bad for the country as Hillary would be. It was as simple as that.

Second, another large segment of Trump’s support was based on his firm commitment to appoint Conservative justices to the Supreme Court. He even went so far as to submit a list of potential candidates from which he promised to choose. Recognizing how important it was to appoint Conservatives justices who wouldn’t legislate from the bench, this factor became the issue that convinced millions to choose him over her.

Now, nearly four years later, with President Trump running for a second term, one might ask if the future of the judiciary still as important an issue as it was, and how true to his word has Trump’s commitment been? Because politicians are famous for promising things to get elected, and then totally disregarding what they have promised, the question is how true to his word has Trump been? With the appointments of Neal Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh to fill Supreme Court vacancies, President Trump definitely has kept his promise, but this is not all he has done.

He has done much, much more. With the recent confirmation of Barbara Lagoa to the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, Trump has now flipped three Liberal/Progressive Circuits to now have a Conservative majority. This is huge. The impact of this transformation on the future of our nation is incalculable but obviously desired by Conservative, God-fearing people like us. So far, while working in tandem with the Republican controlled Senate, Trump has already appointed and had confirmed 187 judges. This is slightly more than 25% of the total number of federal judges in the United States, and all of them are Conservative.

It’s no wonder that the democrats are trying to Impeach President Trump. If he is reelected and if the Senate remains in the hands of the Republicans, Trump will undoubtedly change the direction of our nation for decades to come. This is truly how to Make America Great Again for our children and grandchildren.

We understand this but so do our enemies. It’s why they scheme and plot against us daily. More than anything they want to derail the President and they are determined to find a way to do so. We, on the other hand, must be just as determined to stand against their wiles and for President Trump who is being constantly assailed.

COMMON SENSE: There are some things the Progressive Democrats are better at than we are. When it comes to plotting and scheming malice and to bearing false witness, they have an advantage over us . . . at least for a while.
Once we become familiar with their scheming ways, however, all of that changes. At least it should. Take the New Your Times’ story about John Bolton’s “bombshell.” The story that President Trump plotted to withhold funds from Ukraine unless they did investigate the Bidens that John Bolton’s book asserts.
At first, this looks like it is real and it is serious. It seems to undercut President Trump’s position just as his defense in the Senate is about to begin.
How coincidental that this has happened at precisely the wrong time for the President you might think. But is it really coincidental? Or is it just another carefully orchestrated attempt to create a momentary crisis, with the goal of putting pressure on weak-willed Senators to vote to prolong the Impeachment trial, knowing that it would further undermine the President’s chances for reelection and the Republicans’ chances to maintain control of the Senate?
If you appropriate the discerning Spirit that God gave to you, you will realize that this is just another trick the fraudulent media is using to undermine the President. They are using a deeply bitter, disgruntled old man, John Bolton, to further their devious agenda.
In his short time in the White House, Bolton tried to force his viewpoint on the President, but he was very unsuccessful doing so. Seeing that his perspective was a poor fit, the President terminated Bolton quickly. This infuriated the National Security Advisor.
Now, in an attempt to sell his new tell-all book, Bolton is leveraging his limited knowledge to hurt the President. The New York Times, seeing an opportunity to discredit Trump and prolong the Senate trial, has jumped on this just like the Democrats jumped on the Blazey-Ford witness to discredit the nomination of Judge Kavanaugh.
They have done the same thing, the exact same thing. The goal of the New York Times is also the same, to destroy the President of the United States just like they attempted to destroy Judge Kavanaugh. The Democrats, the New York Times, and John Bolton should be ashamed of themselves, but they are not. For them, whatever they do, whether by hook or by crook, they are justified in taking down the President. They hate Trump that much.
For us, our role is also clear. Instead of having handwringing apprehension whenever a Progressive plot is unleashed, we must stand firmly for what we believe, knowing that deceitful forces of Evil constantly are at work trying to us, our nation as we know it, and our duly elected President. Just as Evil never takes a day off, neither should we.

COMMON SENSE: From the Tuesday night in November 2016, when Donald J. Trump defeated Hillary Clinton to become the 45th President of the United States of America, the Democrats have been looking for a way to have him removed from office. They have plotted and schemed numerous scenarios, many of which may never be revealed to the public.

Hating him with a passion that has come to be known as “Trump Derangement Syndrome,” they have never relinquished their bitter goal.

For Trump, everyday is the same. He has to avoid landmines repeatedly. There is never a day of rest from the malicious intent of the Democrats. Despite this, after three years in office, all they have been able to come up with is a telephone call to the President of Ukraine. That’s it, nothing more sinister. When you think about it like this, what the Democrats’ malice has produced actually validates how clean the President’s record has been because, like an embittered spouse, they have been looking for something, anything to get rid of him, but they haven’t been able to accomplish their purpose.

Neither have they been able to alienate Trump from his base of support, but they have been relentless in their attempts to do so. Anchored by Evangelicals, who voted for him at an 81% rate in 2016, Trump’s goal is to increase his margin with this core group in 2020, and it is my goal to help him achieve this.

To do this, the Schumer-Schiff-Sham-show must end well, and it will. The President’s case is strong and is being well presented, unlike the scolding rebukes administered by Democratic House Managers Jerry Nadler and Adam Schiff.

Speaker Pelosi, the Matriarch of Malice, loves to go on TV and say that Impeachment is forever, meaning that no matter what happens she has emblazoned a scarlet letter on Trump’s chest, but this isn’t true. When he is exonerated, and he will be, the indictment charge, which is what Impeachment is, will go away. Once this happens, it’s onward and upward to victory in November.
