COMMON SENSE: Lisa Page, Peter Strzok’s former lover, has tweeted this about President Trump’s criticism of her: “It’s incredibly degrading and dehumanizing, but I suppose that’s the point, isn’t it.” She added, “Plus one big difference: I am not just an FBI target of the President, but a female one. So his followers understand that I’m therefore different, and ‘deserving’ of a special kind of hatred, a vile reduction of my whole existence into body parts and sex acts.”
Her position is unbelievable. She shows no remorse, no sense of shame, and definitely isn’t offering any apology for what she has done or attempted to do. Quite the contrary. In her twisted thinking, she is the victim, not the innocent people she used her FBI authority to destroy.
Her position is described perfectly in Proverbs:
“This is the way of an adulterous woman: She eats and wipes her mouth, and says, ‘I have done no wrong'” (Proverbs 30:20, NAS).
I have no sympathy for her situation, which she has brought on herself. My sympathy is with Carter Page, General Flynn, Papadopolous and President Trump—all innocent victims of Page’s and Strzok’s abuse of power. I hope these two lovebirds spend many years in prison for what they have done; I really do.

COMMON SENSE: By impeaching President Trump, even though there hasn’t been any underlying crime established for doing so, Speaker Pelosi, Schiff, Schumer and the Democrats have undermined America’s prestige and authority throughout the world. Once consequence of doing this is by weakening Trump the Democrats have emboldened America’s enemies worldwide.
The Democrats in the House and Senate know this, but they don’t care. Their hatred for Trump and those of us who support him is so intense and viscous that they consider whatever happens abroad to be acceptable collateral damage. Getting Trump is more important than maintaining a strong and determined foreign policy with North Korea, Iran and Russia.
The Democrats along with the sycophantic media would deny this, of course, but it’s obviously true. Equally as bad, by stalling and refusing to deliver the Articles of Impeachment, Pelosi is exacerbating this situation. She continues to leave us vulnerable. Again, she doesn’t care. Her hatred for Trump, who she does not pray for positively, is greater than her desire to keep our troops out of harm’s way. Kim Jong Un’s threats are a direct result of his belief that Trump is no longer strong enough to defy his demands, thanks to Pelosi and the Democrats.
What I have written here is true and you know it. We must vote as many of these scoundrels out of office as possible next November.

COMMON SENSE: In 2020, I intend to put forward a massive personal effort to reelect President Trump to a second term. If you wonder why I would do that. It’s because he deserves it; that’s why.
More than any other President in my lifetime, he has kept his campaign promises to those of us who supported him in 2016. He has scrupulously appointed Conservative judges, transforming the third branch of government in the process. He has rebuilt the military, making the United States the undisputed world leader in armaments. By dismantling the business-choking regulations of the Obama administration, particularly in the energy sector, he has increased our national wealth by more than $11 trillion is just three years. During his Presidency, the markets have gone up 57%, benefitting more than 150 million Americans.
Trump has done all of this while simultaneously having to fight the obstructionist Democrats every inch of the way. Now, it is our turn to fight back and stand with the President. I, for one, intend to do just that. We have significant work yet to do, including securing the Southern border, draining the swamp, and bringing the Deep State criminals from the Obama administration to justice.
To accomplish this will require significant hard work, but it will also be a lot of fun. Like Trump, I believe in American exceptionalism. Also like him, I stand firmly against the detestable worldview of the Progressives who hate us and everything we cherish.
Putting God, family and country before everything else, we have an opportunity truly make America great again. I intend to work diligently to make this happen, and I know many of you will join me in helping to accomplish this goal. #MAGA

COMMON SENSE: The Democrats, who are now being dominated and led by their most radical leftwing constituents, do not really believe they can defeat President Trump at the ballot box next November, however, their best chance of doing so is by alienating his Evangelical base. If the Democrats can somehow create a wedge between Trump and people like us, turning us off so badly that we abandon him, then they have a fighting chance to capture the White House, but can they do this?
The hubbub about the “Christianity Today” hit-job last week is a good example of such an attempt. It was positioned to drive a wedge between believers and Trump. By making a case that he is morally unfit to serve, it was the magazine’s effort to separate Trump and the 81% of Evangelical Christians who voted for him in 2016.
If the Democrats and the Never-Trumpers can bring that number down to 65% or less, then states like Georgia, Florida and Kentucky would be in play. More importantly, Trump would definitely lose in Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania. If this happens, then Trump can be defeated.
None of this is going to happen though The reason is because Christian people like us have become far too wise about the wiles of the Democrats. Our commitment to the President is solid, and it is based on the results we have seen Trump produce, beginning with his fulfilled promise to only appoint Conservative judges. This, coupled with his strengthening of the economy, refurbishing of the military and his unwavering commitment to end illegal immigration, has kept his Evangelical support solidly in place.
So, the moralizing that comes from the Leftwing media, apostate Never-Trumpers and the slew of depraved Democratic Presidential candidates has zero chance of producing any significant disaffection from Trump. We see it for what it is—the Democrats manipulation of reality to serve their anti-American goals. Trump has kept his promises and, as long as he does, he can count on us. With us behind him, I do not see him losing in November, do you?

A MILITARY CHRISTMAS: One of my Friends in the Army sent this to me this morning:
“We have another Fallen Hero who was killed on Sunday in Afghanistan while engaged in combat operations, bringing the death toll to 20 Americans killed in action in 2019. Unfortunately, as we reflect on and celebrate the birth of a child who changed the world forever, we must remember that we are actively engaged in combat operations throughout the Middle East Theater of Operations and in the Horn of Africa. Until an American dies, there is virtually no coverage by the media. There are thousands of us over here, many of whom are in very austere and harsh conditions. Afghan winters can get down to minus 50 degrees in some places. Worst of which is we are not at home with our families. It is a very difficult time of year for deployed service members. I ask that you keep us in your thoughts and prayers this Christmas, and especially the loved ones of our Fallen Hero. Sadly, they will likely be spending their Christmas at Dover AFB.”
In our joyfulness for Christmas, let us never forget that our sovereignty has always come with a price to pay, a price others have always been willing to pay.

COMMON SENSE: Speaker Pelosi, along with the disastrous duo of Schiff and Nadler, have made a fundamental error in the way they have handled the impeachment of President Trump. They believe that the American people will honor and respect what they have done, despite the way in which they went about it, but this is simply not true.
In their contumacy, this trio has given full reign to their hatred of President Trump and have legitimized it by voting two articles of impeachment that are not predicated on any criminal behavior. These shortsighted Democrats have done this to fulfill a campaign promise to their anti-American, Radical Left base of supporters.
In Pelosi’s malice, she has tried to cloak her hateful intentions with a disingenuous display of solemnity that is even less believable than her impeachment charges. If she was honest about what she was doing, it would be easier to accept than her B-movie act of sadness that hasn’t fooled anybody other than the gullible media. Telling us that she prays for President Trump is the epitome of hypocrisy and anybody with a brain knows it, so was wearing black to show mourning.
There will be consequences to what they have done though. Their tenure leading the House will end with a resounding defeat next November. Pelosi’s underlings will pay the price for supporting her folly. When this happens, and it will, maybe we may see some genuine emotions from this horrible woman and her two sycophants.

COMMON SENSE: The bad news is all of us have been deceived at one level or another. I certainly was for many years. Like so many others, I didn’t realize it. Self-deception is very difficult to discern.
The good news is we don’t have to continue being deceived. There is a solution. It’s available for each of us, but we must work to obtain it. This is the lesson I had to learn. It’s what I want to pass on to you.
To be who Almighty God created you to be, you must learn how to think correctly. There is no alternative to this, and no circumventing it. The issue cannot be skirted. To abide in God’s will, you must to be able to discern what it is. If your thinking is flawed or erroneous, then there is no way you can accurately understand the will of God.
Although this should be obvious to everyone, people miss it routinely. I certainly did. But remember, we have not been abandoned to grope about aimlessly and cluelessly. “God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of love, power, and of sound judgment.” Because of who we are in Christ, and because of the Spirit that indwells us, we are tasked with the responsibility of being wise and of having sound judgment.
This begins with correct thinking. Unfortunately, there are millions of believers who do not know how to think correctly. If they did, they wouldn’t be deceived. Each of us knows Christians who “just don’t get it.” For them, this not only affects their personal walk with the Lord, but also how they function in our society.
To be an effective witness, which is measured by how we live our lives and not by the religious rhetoric we proclaim to be true, we must have our personal belief system operating in congruence with the Holy Spirit’s leading. There is no other way to be fruitful—not with positive fruit anyway.
Simply saying something is true, without living it, creates a meaningless existence. Plus, it comes across as being hypocritical and disingenuous. There’s a good reason for this; it is being hypocritical and disingenuous. This is the specific reason why so many non-believers find Christianity unattractive.
Each of us has a role to play. For you to be the person you want to be tomorrow, you must change your thinking today. If you change your thinking—your view of reality—your actions will follow.
This certainly has been my experience and, if you learn to live this way, I can assure you that you will enjoy your life much more than you currently do. It is never the other way around. By and large, most of what Christians are being taught is backwards. The focus is on behavior, not on correct thinking. This is why the net impact of most sermons is actually counterproductive. All that is produced is guilt for not being able to live life flawlessly.
For real change to occur, however, your perception of reality is what must be transformed by the renewing of your mind. If this happens, then our behavior will follow suit. This is what can be liberating for you, and it works. It always works.

COMMON SENSE: Speaker Pelosi was successful in her ill-advised vote to have President Trump impeached. If she would be candid about what she has done, which is not in her nature to do, she would admit that the grounds for charging the President were based on two things—spiteful malice and the fulfillment of a campaign pledge to do so.
In the House’s rush to judgment, they insisted upon a truncated process. Wielding her numerical advantage like a sword, the Speaker forced the issue and impeached him without alleging an underlying crime. Trump was not even allowed to defend himself. The only way he would be allowed to participate would be if he were to discard his Executive Privilege, which no President would ever do.
Now, according to the Constitution, Pelosi mandated to turn the charging document over to the Senate where Trump will be tried. This should have already been done, but it hasn’t been. Instead, the Speaker adjourned the House for its Christmas recess.
She told the American people Trump’s impeachment required an expedited process, but now it is now sitting on her desk gathering dust. Meanwhile, the President has been unfairly hung out to dry.
This isn’t morally right, nor is it Constitutional. The sixth Amendment guarantees the accused the right to a speedy trial. This includes the President of the United States. Pelosi hasn’t delivered the document because it is a flawed. The Democrats have a weak case and the Speaker knows it. Pelosi may never deliver it. Instead, she may just use the fact that it was passed to continue her vilification of the President. She is that unethical and unscrupulous.
This may be the best she can do, however, because, once she delivers the document she loses control over what happens. Once delivered, the Senate Republicans will make her look like a fool, and she’s smart enough to realize it. As my father used to say, “She’s got her tit caught in the ringer.” This couldn’t have happened to a better, more deserving person.

COMMON SENSE: Last night, when the House Democrats impeached President Trump, I thought this would infuriate me, but it didn’t. Instead, I felt like someone had just punched me in the stomach, taking all of the wind out of me. Instead of being angry, it made me more contemplative than anything else, but it also strengthened my resolve to oppose them.
I’ve decided to write another book about President Trump. The working title will be, “Defending Trump Nation.” It will be available this spring. In the book, I will address the systematic abuse of power that has brought us to this low point in American history.
In their justification for impeaching the President, Democratic House members repeatedly said, “No one is above the law.” I certainly agree with that statement, which seems more ironic than anything else, since neither impeachment charge alleges that President Trump has committed a crime. If he had, the House Democrats would have jumped all over it, but he hasn’t committed a crime, has he?
Trump was impeached because the Radical Left, the worst and most unproductive component of the Democratic Party, demanded it. By voting for impeachment, House Democrats have fulfilled their campaign promise to the Progressives. It’s as simple as that. In their hypocrisy, their feigned somberness was particularly offensive. The Democrats were thrilled to do this, but we shall see who has the last laugh, won’t we?

COMMON SENSE: As I have come to learn from painful experience, one simply cannot take what Democrats say at face value, nor should anyone trust their motivations to be what they say they are. The Democrats always have a hidden agenda.
Take Senator Chuck Schumer’s (D-NY) impassioned plea to have additional witnesses called at President Trump’s impeachment trial in the Senate. Schumer says there is no good or legitimate reason why additional witnesses shouldn’t be called. On the surface, this seems reasonable, but I am convinced the minority leader has a hidden agenda for desiring this.
To begin with, the Senate is the jury. As such, jurists never call witnesses. That is the job of the prosecution, which in this case is the House of Representatives. The jury’s job is to render a verdict, not to be a participant in either the prosecution or the defense of President Trump.
In my opinion, however, there’s another reason why Schumer wants to call witnesses. I believe the Democrats have a hidden agenda. By being able to call additional witnesses, I suspect they want to call someone we have never heard from before to entrap the President in exactly the same way that the Democrats did with Judge Brett Kavanaugh’s confirmation hearing. If allowed to call witnesses, the Democrats would try to pull a fast one on Trump, the Republicans and the American people.
The Democrats are that sneaky, unethical and devious. So, Majority Leader McConnell (R-KY) was wise to stop this potential scheme dead in its tracks. Originally, Trump wanted to call other witnesses, but I have come to believe that McConnell is right about this. Better than the President, McConnell knows exactly what Schumer and his devious cohorts are scheming, and he has wisely put a stop to it.
